Who we are?

AlQuranAcademy.com is one of pioneer organization which introduced one to one Online Quran Tutor program; and first organization which started online Hifz program. We are US based company and registered in state of Florida as "BLESSTECH LLC" since 2007. AlQuranAcademy.com is non-partisan organization, we are not part of any group, Islamic organization or mosques. We welcome all students interested in learning to Recite Quran.

Does online Quran education work?

Fast growing information/internet technologies have opened new doors to learning and getting education online from any computer connected to internet. Today, there are hundreds of universities, colleges and entities that are providing online education. We use top quality internet software to conduct interactive one-to-one Quran learning classes during which student and tutor communicate like telephone conversation and both can see same on-screen lesson. This makes the learning experience like learning in one-to-one and face-to-face classes which is proven successful learning style. How do I get started with your service?

Fill the online registration form or contact us. We will contact you and will provide you with the information and assistance for setting up and using the online learning software. Tutor will connect to the student using installed software. Tutor will access the current level of student and will make recommendation where to start. If you would have enrolled for ONE WEEK FREE TRIAL classes, tutor will deliver free trial lessons. Once trial is over or you did not enroll for it and decide to continue, we will request a payment for the plan of your choice. For plan details please see our plans. You will have option to pay using paypal or credit card.

How online Quran learning classes are conducted?

Tutor will be present online to teach the student at the agreed upon time. Parent or student will start online learning software and student will wear the computer headset. Tutor and student will be able to see each others online status. Tutor will also wear the computer headset and will open up the lesson which will be visible to student also. Tutor will start teaching student Quran with Tajweed. Tutor will hear student and will correct any mistakes. Both will be able to point to letters and words of the lesson using computer mouse. This makes the one-to-one class interactive like being conducted face to face.

What hardware and software would I need to get started?

You will need:

1. A desktop or a laptop computer with Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system and Internet Explorer web browser.
2. Broadband internet service (DSL or Cable).
3. A computer headset with microphone.
4. Skype for chat and audio communication.

How do I setup Skype to get ready for taking Al Quran Academy Classes?

You will have to perform following steps in sequence. Click on links given in each step. A new window shall open. Follow the instructions provided on the page. Use "Next Step" and "Previous Step" links to move forward and backward.

1. Install Skype for Windows
2. Create a Skype Name
3. Sign in, status and history
4. Add a contact
5. Make a Skype call
6. Optionally, to make use of Skype fully, you may want to go through other Skype User Guides.

How I will join, interact and conclude Al Quran Acacemy Classes?

Student shall perform following steps to join Al Quran Academy Class:

1. At agreed upon class time, student shall turn on his/her computer and shall wear the headset.
2. Student shall double-click on Skype icon on computer desktop to Sign In to Skype using his Skype name.
3. Student shall receive a page link from Tutor in Skype chat window and shall hear instructions from Tutor to click on the link.
4. Student shall click on the page link. A new window shall open displaying the lesson that will be taught by Tutor.
5. Student shall press F11 key on keyboard to view the lesson in Full Screen.
6. Student shall be able toggle between "Actual Size" and "Best Fit" by clicking on link displayed in upper left corner of the window.
7. Student shall click Exit link to close the lesson window.

Do your website and/or online learning software provide education?

Our website provides information only. Our live online tutors will deliver one-to-one lessons via internet on agreed upon time and days of the week.

Do I take lesson from a CD or software?

This is a live one-to-one education service. We do not send out any CDs, however, we provide software that does not provide lesson but only helps establish one-to-one communication channel between student and our live tutor which conduct actual teaching class at agreed upon time.

What is AlQuran Academy refund policy?

We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied simply email info@AlQuranAcademy.com ask for a refund within 7 days of the month start. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.

What is AlQuran Academy payment policy?

1. Invoice will be send after completion of initial FREE trial period and upon consent to continue paid classes. If an invoice is not paid for 30 days from invoice / billing period start date, there will $15 late fee per each such invoice.
2. If no payment is received in 60 days from the invoice start date, classes will be paused till all OPEN invoices are paid along with $15 late fee for each invoice that is not paid within 30 days.
3. Once class is disabled due to non payment, kids tutor will be release to be assigned to any new student.

In order to avoid late fee, we recommend to setup Auto-Pay using your bank billing service or use our PayPal monthly auto-pay option. You can stop your auto-pay any time by yourself or by writing to use.

What is AlQuran Academy Cancellation policy?

Our teaching staff is based in Pakistan and follows general Pakistan and Islamic holiday schedule and no make up classes are provided for any such off periods. AlQuranAcademy stays open during all other days (even if such days are off in US, UK or other countries), and if classes are not able to be conducted due to some reason from Academy side, we commit to provide make up classes for all such missed classes.

What is AlQuran Academy Privacy policy?

As you register with AlQuranAcademy for tutoring services, we will use your information to provide those services to you and to monitor our provision of those services. We may contact you by mail, telephone, email or by other electronic means with offers services or information that may be of interest to you. By providing us with your telephone numbers or email address you consent to being contacted by these methods for these purposes. If you do not want to receive marketing information from us you can notify us of this as part of the registration process. You can stop receiving this information at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions on the correspondence you receive, by amending your marketing preferences, or by emailing info@AlQuranAcademy.com, giving your email address and details of the information you no longer wish to receive. We may assign online accounts to be used specially for our classes. Such accounts will remain AlQuranAcademy property and we may delete / cancel accounts / withdraw such accounts upon termination of classes .
